Gaza Monologues Revisited

The Gaza Monologues Revisited is a solidarity project giving a voice to the people of Palestine and their experiences. 

The Gaza Mono-Logues are personal stories of 33 young ASHTAR Theatre Students from Gaza which were sent out to the world and translated into 14 languages, and performed simultaneously on October 17th 2010 by over 1500 youngsters in more than 60 cities in 36 countries around the Globe (Ashtar Theatre). 

This project aimed to revisit the piece, emphasising their words in light of recent events. I photographed the participants involved, and worked behind the scenes on its creation.
